Today is the first snowfall of the year, it is expected to deliver between 10 - 15cm. The road is becoming very soft as lots of this snow is still melting. As of today, we are in winter-access mode to prevent any unnecessary road damage or property damage.
If you are requesting access please be aware that the access may not always be granted as we need to make sure you would not get stuck. If your vehicle is stuck you will be responsible for getting a tow truck to the property, we can help with the tractor as well for a $150 flat rate.
If you need to remove your trailer at any time for an emergency reason and there is a snow accumulation, it will cost $150 dollars to dig it out.
We do not allow any kind of snow-melting chemicals including salt on the property.
